A $100 deposit is required to secure your Botox consultation appointment. This deposit counts as a consultation fee and is NON-REFUNDABLE. This deposit will be applied toward your total if you choose to proceed with treatment during your visit. We include a complimentary follow-up visit at the 2-week mark to evaluate your results. If additional Botox is needed, it will be charged at our standard per-unit rate. By booking your appointment with us, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these policy terms. Appointment Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or fail to show up to your appointment, your $100 deposit will be forfeited and will NOT BE REFUNDED. Puede cancelar o reprogramar su cita con hasta 48 horas de anticipación sin penalización.
